What language you want to read captions in. When this differs from the speaker's language, captions are translated automatically using AI before they appear on screen. Leave as “Same as speaker” to skip translation.

Auto-switch on gaze
Automatically switch to the nearest face when cursor moves. On production hardware this uses a calibrated gaze tracker; on web it simulates gaze via cursor proximity.
Sound alerts
Environmental sound alerts
Recognise important sounds around you (like an ambulance siren or a fire alarm) and show an on-screen alert naming the sound. On Android, the device will also vibrate. Runs on-device; requires microphone access when a session is active.
Enter your name (or any word) to get an alert whenever it appears in live captions — useful for knowing when someone is addressing you from across the room.
